Private and semi-private pilates sessions allow us to design a specific program to suit your personal goals and requirements. Whether you want to transform your body shape, improve your posture, get your body back post-pregnancy or just stretch and feel good, we can customise an appropriate workout. To customise the best workout for your needs we use the full range of pilates studio equipment including the reformer, cadillac, stability chair, ladder barrel, spine corrector, fitness circle, rotational discs and more. Injuries or specific physical conditions (including pregnancy) can be accommodated if you notify us prior to the session. Please ensure that you have a health practitioner’s clearance prior to starting the sessions if you have any injury, pain or illness.
Private sessions can be organised at a time that suits you. Please contact reception to book on 6161 7591. We also hold regular group semi-private Studio Pilates classes (max 5 people) on Fridays at 9.30am.
