Efficient, effective and fun. Our barre classes will deliver results! Using your own bodyweight, small props and weights, our barre workout Barre PHIT, targets the muscles in your arms, abs, butt and thighs giving you a chiselled body, fast.
This 45 minute HIIT style class fuses Mobility, Cardio, Sculpting and Power into a series of movements designed to make you SWEAT. Using small props, weights and your own body weight, work through a serious of timed intervals that have a specific muscle focus to really find the burn and then bump your heart rate back up with high intensity cardio bursts in between. All with pumping beats in the background to distract you from the burn.

Use the best and most unique equipment like the Power Plate, TRX, water rower and mini-tramp in one sweaty, sculpting HIIT class all while using the safety and efficiency of the Pilates principles.
Work through 4 stations each with a different focus and alternate through timed intervals using a variety of equipment and your own body weight for a full body workout in 45 minutes.
A perfect combination of cardio and strength will leave you feeling worked and strong while the continuous focus on technique will ensure your body is working at its best. This class is made for those who love to sweat and are looking for something to mix up their gym routine or up the ante of their Pilates routine.
Beginners are welcome but we recommend a moderate level of fitness and a healthy, injury free body for this class.
Reformer just levelled up!
Take the spring-loaded resistance of your typical Reformer Pilates class, add some beats and a good side of burn and you get Spring PHIT – the cardio infused, toning and tightening class of your Reformer dreams.
This 45 minute class will get your heart pumping with high intensity bursts combined with slow and controlled movements to sculpt and tone in all the right places.
This class is fast-paced and requires experience in reformer classes so is not suitable for beginners or for pregnant clients.
