After working in the corporate world for a couple of years, Olivia took up Pilates to cope with the daily stress of work-life and to help the rehabilitation process of a few broken bones. She fell in love immediately.
After feeling the results through her own body and seeing how the recovery process of her injuries excelled, she wanted to help others feel the amazing benefits of Pilates.
Soon after she quit her job, moved back to her hometown, Perth, and completed her STOTT reformer Pilates intensive and advanced training course. At the same time, she began studying a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Notre Dame University.
Olivia’s classes incorporate an athletic and fitness based style of Pilates. She loves making you feel the burn, whilst also integrating flexibility and mobility components. She believes that Pilates doesn’t only sculpt your body, but it also clears your mind and gives you energy and inner serenity.
She always wants to further her education and is currently completing the Breathe Certificate IV in Pilates and recently completed her Boxilates training course.
