Lucy Bridging

Lucy began in the corporate world for 10 years but always had a strong passion for fitness, health & well being. When she was pregnant with her son Hugo she suffered from PGP so sought out a Physio to help. She was introduced to Clinical Pilates and within 2 weeks, her pain had subsided. She continued to attend 3 days per week for the remainder of her pregnancy.


Once Hugo was born a friend from her Mother’s group introduced her to Pure Moves and she fell in love with the studio, the variety of classes on offer and the results she started to see and feel as a client.

She decided to start studying Exercise Science part time but wanted to fast track into the industry so moved over the Breath Education to begin her Pilates journey.
She completed her Cert IV in Pilates in 2017 and is currently studying her Diploma of Clinical Pilates.


Lucy loves what Pilates can do for all ages and abilities and the way it teaches functional movement patterns to carry into everyday activities and life. She finds the warm, fun and energetic environment at Pure Moves a great way to escape everyday stresses and reconnect mind to body and breath.
