Mat Pilates Classes

Mat Pilates uses your own body weight as resistance. Small props are often added for variety and challenge. This is a non-impact full body workout that focuses on core muscles, as well as toning for the legs, butt and arms, increasing spinal mobility and flexibility.

If you have no prior Pilates mat experience we recommend that you start with a one-on-one private session which can be purchased as part of our intro offers. Please note our mat pilates classes are open level so not suitable for pregnant clients.

Mat Sweat Classes

Ready to amp up your Pilates Mat routine? Try our new Mat Sweat classes.

Up the ante of your traditional Pilates Mat class in this fast-paced, challenging 45 minute flow.
Same classic Pilates moves with a little extra spice to fire up the muscles and leave you sweaty.

Please note our Mat Sweat classes require a moderate level of fitness and an injury-free body and are not suitable for pregnant clients.

Reformer Pilates Classes

Pilates reformer beds are the ultimate choice for lean muscle toning due to the adjustable finely tuned spring loaded resistance and the wide variety of exercises available.

Springs help to lengthen and strengthen muscles rather than building bulk. The springs are useful to provide both assistance in some exercises and added resistance challenge in others, making it an invaluable tool.

Reformer classes are unique and highly addictive!

If you have no prior group reformer class experience it is essential to complete a one-on-one private session first which I can be purchased as part of our intro offers.

Pregnant clients may also attend reformer classes and it is essential that you complete a private session first, regardless of prior experience. Learn more here.

Reformer Sweat Classes

Take your Reformer game to a whole other level in our Reformer Sweat classes.

Reformer gets intense in this 45 minute flowing, fitness-focused Pilates class using the Reformer. Work through traditional Reformer exercises with a side of extra burn that will sculpt & tone your whole body.

Please note our Reformer Sweat classes require a moderate level of fitness and an injury-free body and are not suitable for pregnant clients.
We suggest at least 10 Open Reformer classes have been completed before progressing to Reformer Sweat.

Socks are compulsory in all classes for hygiene. We recommend our grip socks which are available for purchase at reception.
